Ben
Being mobile at this time of the year in the UK means wrapping up warmly in thick coats. We also have many bridges and this picture is quite a new one, built for pedestrians to cross the river, especially when it's too cold to go the long way around. The bridge is named after Pero, a famous African servant who was brought here as a slave in 1783, and recognises how people taken from their native countries (forced to become mobile?) have, in the 200 years since, contributed massively to UK culture.
