Fashion, like food, is an important example of mobile culture. Food travels both globally and locally to feed people; fashion, like this ikkat skirt made in Chieng Mai, Thailand and sold on an internet shop based in Japan and bought in Australia, also travels throughout the world and now travels locally as well!
